I just purchased a new book by Francis Chan and an accompanying 7 session DVD based bible study for our Connect Group.

I found the synopsis on the back of the book interesting as it ties in perfectly with the study we are doing on Acts in our Sunday morning sermon series.

Here I what it says …….

When was the last time someone used that word to describe you?

The book and study by Francis called ‘Forgotten God’ excites me as it reinforces my belief that the church has in the main, at best, paid lip service to the Spirit of God and at worst, ignored His empowering presence.
