Prior to becoming the Pastor of the Castlemaine Church of Christ, Dave Tolputt was the CEO of one of Australia’s largest Volunteer Not For Profit Organisations with over 12,000 volunteer workers.

Dave is a strategic thinker with a range of tools to assist local non profit groups with with the development of branding and strategic plans.

Tools include stakeholder surveys, mind mapping, renewable strategic plans, governance coaching and management process.
